I am a mother of two boys, Founder of Bath Haus, and someone who has spent years learning — through gifted teachers, plant medicine, meditative practice, and the very real pressures of everyday life — how to return to what is true when the noise gets loud.
This work is not separate from my life — it is my life. In a world that rarely supports the family unit, I have chosen presence — uniting our family across vastly different backgrounds, prioritizing conscious motherhood and healthy living, and refusing to let the noise be louder than what I know is true.
